Working as a product designer for the 12handz app @ Camilyo, collaborating with designers, product managers and developers, in all phases of the product delivery lifecycle (research, design, testing and handoff).

Overview

12handz by Camilyo is an all in one marketing & management platform for SMBs owners. The product includes a website builder, ecommerce and marketing tools, leads generator, CRM, and a business dashboard. The goal of this platform is to help SMBs owners manage all their activities and reach more clients in a smooth and easy way.

Social networks module

In this module I designed a tool that lets SMBs’ owners to track their social activity in Facebook, Instagram, GMB, Twitter and Linkedin. With this tool they can manage and track their activity as well as create and publish posts in multiple platforms  within a few clicks.

Asset library

This is a cross system module which lets the user add a link to his assets (services, products, coupons etc) so he can share it easily with his clients and add it in his campaigns.

Coupons

This feature allows the users to create coupons for their commerce store on their 12handz website.

Waiting list

This feature lets SMBs owners to create a waiting list request for their clients and get notified once there is available time.
In addition, they can browse availability for specific requested services.
